"Moloch could not afford to rely only on the demons who happened to be Incarnated during the Holy War. He wanted as many of his servants as possible. He was able to pull them from the Eternal Pandemonic Depths of Inferno to inhabit artificial vessels, using the knowledge gained from Project ADAM. As it would take time to arrange proper vessels for his trusty Archdemons, he turned to the materials he already had available: the failed clones that preceded me and onii-chan."
