The ultimate weapon of the favored daughter is the absolute negation of everything she represents. Reading the mystical tablet, the grimoire that realizes the Babylonian creation myth, unravels Creation and the fruits of her primordial labor.

The effect of Enuma Elish is in all ways identical to the Forbidden Instrument, She’en lo Tiklah, with the following differences: the shape is a vertical cylinder with a maximum radius of 11 kilometers and maximum height of 170. The user always stands at the edge of the area of effect. The only things that can exist within the area of effect are Adam Kadmon and the bounded field that automatically surrounds the user upon the tablet’s activation and anchors her to Reality. Unlike Lilith’s Forbidden Instrument, the edges of the area of effect are defined by a Bounded Field which itself contains all data concerning the region of Reality engulfed by the tablet’s destructive effect—this could be considered a predecessor of Innate Script Boundary. This data allows the Supernal Structures to reconstruct the features of the area of effect out of the raw chaos created by the weapon, although this demands Adam Kadmon’s approval and power input. Naturally, whatever life that was extinguished by the Instrumental Weapon is not restored.
